The Consultation
Step 1
The first step is understanding your family's unique needs. Consultations are available by appointment by phone, video call, or in person. Once we have your information, we'll explain your options and the path forward for your loved one's care.
Collecting Needed Info
Step 2
This is the step that requires the most effort on your part. The State of Florida requires specific documentation that you will need to collect on behalf of your loved one. While we cannot collect the information for you, we will be here to guide you through the provided checklist each step of the way.
Filing the Application
Step 3
Navigating the ins and outs of the state's system is what we do. From filing the application to following up with the case worker, we will work tirelessly on your behalf to make sure everything is accurate and your loved one gets the assistance they need.
Renewing Your Benefits
Step 4
Once your loved one is approved, we'll give you clear instructions for keeping their benefits in place. Medicaid must be renewed every year, and certain changes must be reported to the state along the way. When renewal time comes, or if something changes, we're available to help as an additional service, so you're never left to figure it out alone.
